PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to –
Leading our New Client Intake process by pairing our new clients with their ideal trainer match
Project management for Team DIAKADI to ensure special projects have a set direction for success
Managing the front desk and developing 5-star customer experiences
Inspiring a connected and supportive fitness community for trainers and clients
Having an owners’ eye for systems and operations (facility cleanliness + organization, client amenities) in order to seek solutions and resolve problems as they arise
Each team member is responsible for the organization and execution of specific projects which may include marketing (social media, website + newsletter design), community outreach, new systems development, etc.
HOURS AND BENEFITS
A 40 hour per week position available
Monday 530a - 130p
Tuesday 530a - 130p
Wednesday 530a - 130p
Thursday 530a - 130p
Friday 530a - 130p
Starting salary $28 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
San Francisco Sick Time + PTO accrued after the 90 day-introductory period
Open Gym Membership
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Currently Obtaining a Degree
CPR and AED Certification (Can be obtained once hired)
Seeking one year commitment
Ideally a minimum of one (1) year experience in the fitness, hospitality, service industry, PR or social media setting
Insight into a start-up business in the healthcare industry
Self-Starter, Detail-Oriented Individual
Outstanding Organizational Skills and Exceptional Verbal and Written Skills
Strong computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and/or iWork Applications (Pages, Numbers, etc)
Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace under pressure
Skilled in establishing project goals and carrying out tasks with an owner’s eye
Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed is a HUGE plus
Healthy lifestyle with fitness and workout experience in individual’s own life
