Who We Are
Vitality Pilates is a collaborative workplace, with each employee taking responsibility for his or her professional demeanor, interactions with both staff and clients, and for actively creating and participating in a safe and effective work environment.
At Vitality we see a direct connection between intelligent exercise and personal well-being. Increasing our clients’ health and emotional happiness, motivates us to provide the very best contemporary Pilates training. We specialize in progressive equipment classes and personalized private lessons, all designed to meet the specific needs of each client.
Our studio culture focuses on maintaining a safe, respectful and productive work environment for all. We strive to create an environment that is comfortable and inspiring for our employees and clients. We encourage each team member to create trust through open and kind communication; demonstrate consistency of thought and give credit where credit is due. When mistakes occur, we encourage team members to approach each other in a solution-oriented manner, working to correct wrongs and facilitate transparency.
