About – Administrative assistant for gym in San Mateo
Scheduling - work closely with owner to manage calendar of client appointments
Use of various software such as; zoom, mindbody, microsoft word, excell, gmail, google calendar, etc
Assist owner in email correspondence. Candidate must be a highly effective communicator, possessing excellent grammar and the ability to interact well with demanding clients .
Enforce company policies and procedures
Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and Networking
Directly coordinate with all vendors, to ensure retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service, including interfacing with clients on a regular basis
Engage in accounting efforts, including collecting outstanding payments, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Any other duties as assigned
Background in previous administrative role
Candidate must be very detailed and organized.
Candidate must have a high level of proficiency with computers and software.

Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
