My wife and I have owned and operated Atma Yoga for the past 4 years. We've built up this studio, brand, and client base from scratch creating an amazing team of instructors. We have an established client base and member community with connections to local schools, sports teams, and businesses for additional off-site teaching.
This studio is our baby and it breaks our heart to part with her but we have been given the opportunity to live and work remotely with our full time jobs so we have decided to move out of the Bay Area in the new year. To do so means that we will have to part with our beloved studio!
Covid has been rough on fitness and yoga studios as you can imagine but we have an extremely loyal member/client base and have managed to operate in the black throughout 2020 even during times when we have been only able to teach online.
Pre-pandemic our business was valued at $250k based on our annual gross sales. However, given the current circumstances and our imminent plans to move out of the Bay Area we are looking to sell the business for $75k or best offer. This includes our name/brand, website, domains, online program subscriptions, yoga props, equipment and over $100k in tenant improvements alone - including studio buildout, lighting, flooring, sound system, design fixtures, bathroom rebuilds, etc.
