PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to –

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Manage the front desk and assist in 5-star customer service
Providing exceptional hospitality for DIAKADI clients and trainers
Client check-in, answering phones, event scheduling, and client/trainer tours
Client/Trainer schedule maintenance and Point of Sale via GymMaster
Having an owners’ eye to seek solutions and resolve problems as they arise

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Generate and maintain a positive and safe environment
Daily facility maintenance including laundry, equipment wipe-downs, locker room spot cleaning, etc.
Offer support and solutions with team members to achieve goals
Creating and maintaining rapport with both clients and trainers

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Each team member is responsible for the organization and execution of specific projects which may possibly include marketing, community outreach, new systems development, etc.

HOURS AND BENEFITS

A 9.5 hour per week position available
Possible hours increase as business expands

Shifts are --
Monday mid afternoon to evening
Saturday morning to afternoon
**Responsible for opening and closing of facility for certain shifts
Starting salary $18 per hour
San Francisco Sick Time + PTO accrued after the 90 day-introductory period
Seeking one year commitment
Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed is a HUGE plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Currently Obtaining a Degree
CPR and AED Certification (Can be obtained once hired)
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the fitness, hospitality, service industry, PR or social media setting
Self-Starter, Detail-Oriented Individual
Outstanding Organizational Skills and Exceptional Verbal and Written Skills
Strong computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and/or iWork Applications (Pages, Numbers, etc)
Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace under pressure
Skilled in establishing project goals and carrying out tasks with an owner’s eye
