Maintains smaller group class sizes so instructors can individualize and modify exercises and yoga poses to better meet member needs

Our yoga instructors:
Are highly motivated, energetic, and encouraging in order to build our community and increase regular class attendance
Are dedicated to their own practices and to continually improving their teaching skill set
Are able to teach a variety of classes, including non-heated or hot yoga, as well as novice to intermediate level students
Have a strong background in functional anatomy, alignment-based asana, and diverse teaching methods (kinesthetic, auditory, visual, and tactile)
Outgoing, committed teachers with a variety of availability and teaching styles according to a regular scheduled class, as well as substitute teach as needed for non-heated or heated classes ranging from fundamental to power flow styles.
Experienced (2+ years teaching) teachers with a strong background in functional anatomy and alignment-based asana to teach 2-4 weekly small group (8-10 student) classes.
