Role Summary:
Heatwise is seeking a customer service rockstar to serve as a Front Desk Manager for our Brooklyn-based yoga studios.

Who You Are:
A hospitality pro... friendly, hyper-organized, service-oriented with exceptional attention to detail. You are approach your work with a no-job-too-small attitude are passionate about helping people and providing an incredible client experience.

What You Will Do:
Open and close studio
Greet clients and complete check-ins, delivering an exceptional client experience
Welcome and tour new clients
Assist clients both in-person and via phone to help with their accounts, inquiries and general customer service
Ensure studio and lobby maintain flawless appearance at all times
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
Manage zingfit (POS system)
Assist Heatwise Leadership with additional responsibilities as assigned during shift

Qualifications:
Warm, welcoming, fun-loving, hard-working
Passion for customer service
1+ year(s) hospitality and/or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
Music lover
Interest in health & wellness
