Hollywood Fitness is a locally owned health club that has been serving the Portland area for the past 30 years. Featuring a 12,000 square foot facility that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a club, we build relationships with our members.
As a Customer Service Rep, you are the person that starts the process of building that relationship.
You need the following qualities:
You are a self-starter and a team player;
You are at home talking to strangers and everyone remembers your name.
You understand what it takes to make a sale
You are comfortable on the phone talking to potential members and
You love meeting people face to face.
You will get to know each person that joins
You can help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
This is a dynamic role integral to the continued success of the club. Whether you are at the Smoothie Cart , a sales representative, or both, the same core values apply. This role is ideal for someone who wants to break away from the big health club chains and work for a company that truly appreciates its staff. Bring your training, sales and customer service experience and apply it to our role. This is a part to full time position; schedule varies based on needs of business and club events.
We are not a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm business so we are able to offer a variety of shifts but you may be required to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
