Yoga Studio Manager

The Hot Spot Yoga Studio Manager is responsible for day-to-day studio operations and the overall needs of front desk staff, facilities, maintenance and cleanliness of studio. Driving studio sales, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting and modeling studio leadership are all required for success in this position.



Train and develop front desk staff

Train, schedule, and manage work trade staff

Provide and role model excellent customer service at all times both internally and externally

Write and present reviews in a timely manner

Follow up with staff regularly with both positive and guiding feedback

Help resolve scheduling conflicts

Supervise and direct all staff members to maintain cleanliness standards

Communicates, collaborates, and follows through with retail and marketing team

Ongoing customer service training of Hot Spot staff

Effectively delegates tasks and duties as needed to Hot Spot staff

Ensure studio personnel are completing duties and meeting highest level of service and knowledge around yoga, workshops, and wellness services

Be a representative and ambassador of Hot Spot though words and actions


Plan, prepare and meet operational needs for yoga and wellness programming, workshops and special events

Drive studio revenue through increased membership, and package, workshop and special promotion recommendations

Maintain positive and healthy connection and communications with students; respond to and report back to manager and or director on any student needs and concerns

Maintain positive and healthy connection and communications with instructors; respond to and report back to manager and or director on any instructor needs and concerns

Onsite contact for instructors

Prepare and breakdown studio for workshops and special events

Clean, tidy, and organize all areas of the studio

Special projects, as needed

Promote workshops and special events

Oversee studio maintenance and ensure the studio is kept clean and orderly

Develop, communicate and enforce Hot Spot studio policies and procedures

Receive orders, restock, and maintain boutique


Completes weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner

Participates in weekly and monthly meetings

Follows through on all action items and anticipates future studio/personnel needs

Responsible for maintaining and ordering office and studio supplies

Oversee studio administrative processes

Oversee appropriate inventory levels

Maintain accurate records in MBO

Assess sales and transactions in MBO to ensure accounts are paid in full

Work with marketing to ensure all promotional material is posted in a timely manner
