We are looking for motivating trainers who can run our group workouts (each day the workout is provided) and give individual coaching in the fun group atmosphere:)
We use dumbbells, kettlebells, trx, bands, balls, and all the fun toys for the strength circuit. For the cardio aspect we mix in HIIT bodyweight, rowers, ski ergs, Versa climbers, assault bikes and spin bikes.
I program all the workouts, so you can focus on motivating the group, helping the individual, and keep the fitness party going!
Please have either a group certification, or personal trainer certification.
Sweat is growing, we are looking for part time and full time trainers.
The ability to do additional private sessions is available as well.
