My Women's only fitness studio, N' Motion Fitness Studio For Women is seeking an energetic, female instructor to train, inspire, and support some amazing women of all ages and fitness levels. My studio offers a number of small group classes (Cardio Boxing, Tabata, Strength Resistance, TRX/Dumbbell, Indoor/Outdoor Boot camp, Booty-Fit and more) All of my class have no more than 8 participants to insure personal attention builds inclusiveness. You will be taking over my Tues/Thurs 6:30 PM and the Saturday 9:00 AM boot camp.

I am looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to join me in continuing to bring women and community together though fun, health, wellness and education. N' Motion Fitness Studio For Women is located in the Panhandle. Two blocks east of The Golden Gate Park and one block for the Panhandle park itself.


REQUIREMENTS:



You must by nature (No phoning it in) be a friendly, enthusiastic, educated, instructor who provide fun, fitness classes that build strength and flexibility in a safe and fun environment. I teach all my classes in a positive, upbeat atmosphere. My fitness classes include cardio bursts, planks, lunges, free weights, burpees, etc. and I have glide disks, free weights, agility ladders, TRX, medicine balls, battle ropes. and resistance bands that we use in our circuit classes as well as the indoor/outdoor bootcamp.

*Communicate effectively with me and especially my members
