Internship for Personal or Group Trainers

You will learn what it takes to be a successful personal & group trainer, nutrition & lifestyle coach and how to run a 7 figure business.

We will focus on the following:

This will be a paid internship ($500/6 weeks) in exchange for 16 hours/week of work experience and personal development with the possibility of a future job as a coach and maybe even a facility leader.

You will assist our coaches during sessions (in the trenches) for 10 hours per week and get hands on training working with clients- see the current schedule of sessions here: https://brienshamp.com/boot-camp-schedule/

We will be adding semi private training in soon and can assist there also. We do have personal training that can be shadowed but this is not our main focus anymore.

You will spend an additional 5 hours per week working outside of the normal "gym/fitness" environment learning about what it really takes to have a successful business and client success stories.

We will meet 1x per week as a group and have a weekly topic (program design, kettlebell training, posture, mobility, corrective exercises, personal development, meditation, nutrition, hydration, etc.).

The additional 5 hours will be spent doing self-study with online resources.

By the end of the 6 weeks you will get a certification as a Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) Coach, FBBC Nutrition Coach and Anchor Point Training Coach.

You will also receive group coaching from a Tony Robbins coach 1x per month and be part of our overall staff training and development. There will be almost daily training with our group staff development process.
