EFFIJI BREATHWORK is a therapeutic process that is meant to be used as a tool to access parts of oneself that are not apparent or easy to get to from the surface. It is an avenue to access the inner playground and feel into the deepest, most soulful and dynamic fibers of your being. It is a way to experience and tangibly feel your energy, detect blocks and patterns that lie in the body, and discover all the inner workings that need attention. BREATH helps us to release the negative symptoms, restore proper alignment, and find the proper flow for living the most full and purposeful life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The typical EFFIJI BREATHWORK Session will last approximately 2 hours
PART ONE: Set up for the practice and instruction of the Effiji Breath Technique = 30 minutes
Facilitator(s) will arrange participants as they arrive.
Participants will each have their own designated space on a yoga mat with the desired blankets and pillows for comfort.
PART TWO: Effiji Breath Technique = 1 hour
Everyone’s experience is completely unique and different each time you do it. As you open up to the BREATH, you will experience a wide array of body sensations, emotions and thoughts. The energy in you will rise and move quickly.
During the hour, music will be played to guide the experience and facilitator(s) will use some touch to assist participants.
PART THREE: Rest/Reset and Closing = 30 minutes
Once the hour is complete, participants will be asked to end the practice.
For 10-15 minutes the group will lie quietly.
Sharing and questions will be addressed once the group convenes and the facilitator will then close the session.
WHAT TO BRING
You should dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat, small blanket and/or pillow for your comfort, and a bottle of water.
